Preparation includes arranging the home so that it is estate sale ready including creating a secure entrance and exit.
The entrance will include a hand sanitizing station for use before entering the home. Limited numbers of buyers will be admitted at one time with social distancing and masks required while waiting to enter, shopping and checking out.
Organize the contents to facilitate customer access. We supply tables, cases, etc., to display items and secure valuables.
Pricing utilizing over 20 years of retail/wholesale experience with research on unique items and knowledge of current trends to maximize return to the client.
Extensive Advertising includes internet, social media, websites, emails to our extensive customer base, and print media to create a successful estate sale or moving sale.
According to the wishes of the client, the close-out can include a "clean sweep" so that the house is emptied and ready for sale or closing.
Unsold Items suitable for sale at Antique Mall Y'All may be placed on consignment to give the items another chance for sale. The remaining items may be donated to charity in the name of the client.
